Exchange & Return Policy
• 7-day exchange & return from delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
• Delivery fees apply to all exchanges and returns.
• Opening the package while the courier is present is not allowed.
• If you request to open the package in front of the courier, you must contact us within 1 hour via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. Additional service fees will be charged besides delivery fees.
Exchange Process
• Place a new order.
• Send us the new order number along with the original order number.
Return Process
• Contact us with the order number you wish to return.
• The courier will collect the item.
• Once the item passes inspection at the warehouse, a refund will be issued via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or any smart wallet after deducting delivery fees.

• استبدال واسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، ومع العلامات والعبوة الأصلية.
• تُطبق رسوم الشحن على جميع عمليات الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
• يُمنع فتح الشحنة أثناء وجود المندوب.
• في حال طلب فتح الشحنة أمام المندوب، يجب التواصل خلال ساعة واحدة عبر إنستجرام أو فيسبوك أو واتساب، ويتم احتساب رسوم خدمة إضافية بجانب مصاريف الشحن.

• قم بعمل طلب جديد.
• أرسل لنا رقم الطلب الجديد والقديم.
خطوات الاسترجاع
• تواصل معنا برقم الطلب.
• يقوم المندوب باستلام المنتج.
• بعد فحص المنتج، يتم رد المبلغ عبر إنستاباي أو فودافون كاش أو أي محفظة إلكترونية بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن.
